This event was co-sponsored with our partners Remita Health and AGA Medicare Options discussing health topics affecting our senior community. In addition, we honored those individuals, who despite their age, continue to work and are students at Plaza Comunitaria Sinaloa learning to read and write. It is truly admirable.
We are very proud to have a student, Mr. Rogelio Guiterrez, who, at his age of 82, is a student in our Adult Literacy with Basic Education course and is also a popsicle cart vendor.
Today we thank the Third Youth Circle Organization for awarding him the $150 prize in recognition of his efforts and his great example for all.
